Logan Schiendelman, a 19-year-old from Tumwater, Washington, disappeared on May 20, 2016, under mysterious circumstances. He was last seen by his grandmother, with whom he lived, before leaving the house in his car. Logan’s vehicle, a black Chrysler Sebring, was found abandoned on Interstate 5 near Tumwater with his personal belongings inside, including his wallet, ID, and cell phone, but there were no signs of him. Witnesses reported seeing his car swerving erratically before it came to rest on the highway. There were unconfirmed reports of a man standing near the vehicle and interacting with two other men, though this lead did not develop further.

Despite searches and investigation, Logan’s case remains unsolved. He had recently mentioned feeling uncertain about his future and had distanced himself from some friends, but there was no clear indication of foul play or a reason for him to disappear voluntarily.

James became involved in the case through "Hide and Seek,". James began covering Logan’s disappearance in 2019, bringing renewed public attention to the case. Hide and Seek Season 2,  features interviews with family members, friends, and others connected to the case, while also exploring various theories, such as the possibility of foul play or that Logan may have intentionally disappeared. Hide and Seek sparked new interest in Logan’s case, though it remains unsolved as of now.
